Park Mall is situated in the heart of Ashford’s town centre, just off the pedestrian high street. There is outside parking available for 300 cars with an additional 400 spaces adjacent to Park Mall.

From Junction 9 M20, take the 3rd exit into the A20 Fougeres Way for 0.6 miles, this leads to a roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A292 Maidstone Road for 0.5 miles.  At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A292 New Street for 0.5 miles. 

When you arrive at the traffic lights, position yourself on the right hand lane and follow the one way system passing two sets of traffic lights.  At the 3rd set of traffic lights, turn right onto Park Street and follow the road that wraps around Charter House (big building). 

Pass another traffic light and you will find the first multi-story car park (Ashford Borough Council), alternatively continue on the left side of the road and the NCP parking for Park Mall.  

The nearest point to the 1st Floor entrance is by parking on the top floor at the back end.   For disable parking, keep to the ground floor where indicated parking is available.

Ashford Gateway is located opposite Café Piazza by the set of stairs.

All our rooms have disability access and there is wheelchair access from both the ground and first floor. Induction loops are available throughout the building.
