Ashford Gateway brings together a wide range of public and voluntary services in one convenient location in the heart of Ashford’s shopping district.
We offer something for everyone, from learning new skills, help with housing and benefits, to advice on social care and employment opportunities. There is free internet access with the latest touch screen equipment.
You can pay your council tax at the payment point and book and hire our meeting room.
The Gateway is open six days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
It is designed to mirror the feel of a department store, with a modern, friendly and welcoming design encouraging people to come in and browse. Skilled staff are available to help with general enquiries. Specialist staff are available to deal with more complex enquiries and hold specialist information sessions.

This is a new approach to delivering public services and is part of a programme to deliver Gateways to other towns across Kent.
